Anti-discrimination cell is responsible for preventing any type of incident regarding discrimination among students and staff members of the college. The committee is chaired by the Principal and may meet as and when necessary.

ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE
Anti-Ragging Committee is responsible for preventing and punishing incidents of student harassment and ragging on the campus. It has powers to receive complaints from any aggrieved party and conduct an inquiry into the matter. The committee is chaired by the Principal and may meet as and when necessary.

ANTI-RAGGING SQUAD
Anti-ragging squad is responsible for surprise visits among students and their residences to ensure proper harmony so that no student feels trouble and insecure. If any serious matter is brought to the notice of a squad member, then that matter is immediately informed to the anti-ragging committee whose decision is final.

GENDER SENSITIZATION COMMITTEE
Based on the principle of Equality and Justice guaranteed by the constitution of India and drawing on the Right to Dignity, Bodily Autonomy, and Integrity, the University Grants Commission formulated guidelines "Measures for ensuring the Safety of Women and Programs for Gender Sensitizations on Campuses". Nandini College has complementation of these guidelines, consisting of the following members.
